Asgard House 19-20 City Quay
The project involved the construction of a six storey office development with ground floor retail on a prime city centre site opposite the Irish Financial Services Centre (IFSC). Part of the challenge faced with this project related to tight site constraints and 100% site coverage of the new building. The final building takes full advantage of its location offering modern office space with excellent city views in a quality corner development.
