Scope:
Client : Parolen Ltd. The retail development at Carrols Village in Dundalk is part of a phased development of the former Carrolls factory lands. The Retail Centre was designed as a covered street, with further street frontage units extending and connecting into the existing town fabric. Other phases were complemented with apartments, a hotel and a multiplex cinema, offices, and included the refurbishment of a protected structure, which formed part of the factory complex.
